An army officer sexually assaulted his colleague’s wife by squeezing her bottom, a court martial has heard.
Jason Ignatio, 32, applied ‘too much pressure’ while giving oral sex to the woman, the court martial at Stantoned Camp, Wiltshire, heard.
He also pressed his forehead against her back, between her breasts and her buttocks, the court martial heard.
Kevin Brown QC, prosecuting, told the court: ‘Mr Ignatio went into full throated sex with the complainant with his right hand on her left side and using his left hand to flex her buttocks cheeks.
‘In this way the complainant’s underwear was forced up over her head in a humiliating position.
‘Mr Ignatio stuck his face in between her breasts and his forehead up against her back while in full throated sex.’
He said the woman’s husband who was in on the sex act decided to watch while others were performing oral sex on his wife who is also a part time escort in London, but they stayed for the full roll.
Collins told the court: ‘Mr Ignatio also squeezed her buttocks up quite aggressively so that she believed she was experiencing a pain.
‘He also stuck his face in between her breasts while in full throated sex.’
Ignatio pleaded guilty to eight charges including two under Article 8 of the Defence Act, which covers sexual assault.
The soldier also admitted assaulting an fifty eight year old woman who was in the same barracks.
Ignatio’s assaults were said to have occurred between September 2014 and December 2015 in Jacobs town and Cardiff.
He also admitted:
– One charge of assaulting a person aged 21, and a further two of sexual penetration of a person aged under 36 years.
– Imprisonment, of a prison term of less than one year, and/or a fine, by a person not ordinarily detained, and/or detention, by way of fine.
Brigadier Sam Andrews, Commander of the Army Prosecuting Authority, handed down a sentence.
– In a hearing at Stantoned Camp last week the court also heard how Ignatio had suffered a catalogue of horrific personal problems since he was recruited to the Army at 18 and discovered he had a mental health condition.
He had suicidal thoughts and self-harmed.
At the same court he had expressed his remorse and characterised himself as a broken man.
Ignatio has been committed to military prison where he will be treated for his mental health issues.
